Tent Women Cruise Past Radnicki Beograd Women in Straight Sets

Tent Women put on a dominant display on October 11, 2026, defeating Radnicki Beograd Women 3-0 (25-16, 25-19, 25-17) in a Superliga Women match that was never seriously in doubt. The home side overwhelmed their opponents with a relentless serve-and-block game, cruising to a straight-sets victory that reinforces their reputation as one of the league's most formidable teams on their own court.

Match Overview

From the first whistle, Tent Women imposed themselves on the match. Their serving was aggressive, their block was impenetrable at times, and their offense clicked on all cylinders. Radnicki Beograd Women struggled to find any rhythm, their passing breaking down under sustained pressure from Tent's jump servers. The first set was over quickly, with Tent pulling away at 10-6 and never looking back on the way to a 25-16 win.

The second set was slightly more competitive, with Radnicki briefly narrowing the gap to 12-10. However, Tent responded with a devastating run of seven consecutive points, powered by three aces and two blocks, effectively ending the set as a contest. They closed it out 25-19.

In the third set, Tent rotated their squad slightly, but the level barely dropped. Radnicki showed brief signs of life, but Tent's superiority at the net and their ability to score from every position proved too much. The home side sealed the sweep 25-17.

Set-by-Set Breakdown

Key Moments

• First-set dominance: Tent's block shut down Radnicki's opposite hitter early, forcing the visitors to change their attack pattern and commit several unforced errors.
• Second-set power surge: Leading 12-10, Tent ran off seven straight points, including three aces, to turn a tight set into a rout.
• Third-set clinic: Tent's bench players stepped in seamlessly, maintaining the team's high tempo and closing out the match with a highlight-reel block on match point.

Tactical Story

Tent Women's tactical approach was simple but executed to perfection: serve aggressively, dominate the net, and attack in transition. Their serving consistently pulled Radnicki's setter away from the middle, allowing Tent's blockers to key on the pin hitters. The result was a series of stuff blocks and easy transition opportunities.

Radnicki Beograd, meanwhile, could not establish their own attack. Their reception was shaky, their setter was constantly on the move, and their hitters were forced into low-percentage swings against a well-formed block. Despite a few flashes of individual brilliance, they lacked the collective composure to stay with Tent for extended stretches.

Standout Players

• Tijana Milošević (Tent): The captain and outside hitter led the scoring with 15 points, including four aces, and was a constant threat from the service line.
• Jovana Kocić (Tent): The middle blocker was a wall at the net, finishing with five blocks and several more that altered Radnicki's attacking decisions.
• Ana Stanković (Radnicki Beograd): One of the few bright spots for the visitors, she finished with 10 points and showed resilience in the third set.

What It Means for the Standings

The straight-sets win gives Tent Women three points and further strengthens their position near the top of the Superliga Women table. Their set ratio remains impressive, which could be vital in the race for the regular-season title. For Radnicki Beograd Women, the loss highlights areas for improvement, particularly in reception and offensive consistency. They will need to regroup quickly as they look to climb the standings in their upcoming fixtures. Tent, meanwhile, will be buoyed by a performance that showcased both their starting quality and their bench depth.
