ZAKSA’s Dominance in Key Moments

ZAKSA started sharply, converting almost every reception into a productive attack. Their middle blockers were particularly effective, controlling the net and forcing Rzeszów into difficult shots. The home side won the first two sets with relative comfort, only for Rzeszów to respond in the third with a more aggressive approach, cutting down errors and extending the match.

But ZAKSA showed the maturity of a team accustomed to knockout volleyball. In the fourth set, they restored their serving pressure, broke Rzeszów’s momentum early, and closed out the contest without drama. The final set margin was a fair reflection of their superiority in serve-to-serve phases.

Standout Performances

Kędzierzyn-Koźle’s win was built on a complete team effort, but their outside hitters and middle blockers deserved particular praise. Their ability to score from both ends of the net kept Rzeszów’s block guessing. On the other side, Rzeszów’s defensive effort kept them competitive in stretches, but the burden of chasing the game proved too heavy against an opponent of ZAKSA’s caliber.

Looking Ahead

The result meant ZAKSA advanced with confidence and maintained their unbeaten record in the tournament. For Rzeszów, the performance offered encouragement in flashes but also highlighted the work still needed to close the gap on the very best teams in Poland.
