The momentum shifted in the second set when Nilufer Bld. 2 W broke away from a 16-16 tie with a run of strong serves and transition points. Tactical story

Nilufer Bld. 2 W won this match by improving their serve-receive after the first set and by using the middle more effectively. Their serving became more aggressive, pulling Muratpasa out of system and allowing the block to set up on the pins. Muratpasa’s attack was at its best when they played through the outside and used quick combinations, but they struggled to sustain that rhythm as the match wore on. Nilufer’s setter also did well to vary the attack, keeping Muratpasa’s block guessing and creating space for the opposite hitter.

Standout performers

Nilufer Bld. 2 W’s opposite hitter was the standout attacking force, delivering important points in the second and third sets. Their middle blocker controlled the net with several key blocks, while the libero provided stability in reception and defense. For Muratpasa Women, the outside hitter carried much of the scoring load and kept the team competitive in the first set, but the home side needed more consistent support from the middle and right side to sustain their challenge.
