Bulgaria Women U19 produced a devastating statement performance in the UEFA European U19 Women's Championship, demolishing Armenia Women U19 10-0 on 10 October 2026.

From the first whistle, Bulgaria were faster, sharper and more aggressive. They pressed Armenia high up the pitch, won the ball back quickly and turned almost every attacking sequence into a chance. By the final whistle, the scoreline had become a full demonstration of their attacking quality.

Match Overview

Bulgaria dominated possession and territory, pinning Armenia deep inside their own half. The opening goal arrived early and settled any nerves, allowing Bulgaria to play with freedom. Armenia tried to defend in numbers, but the constant waves of pressure eventually broke their resistance.

The half-time score already reflected Bulgaria’s control, and the second half became a matter of how many more they would add. Armenia’s goalkeeper made several saves, but she was left exposed by a defence that could not cope with Bulgaria’s movement between the lines.

First-Half Onslaught

Bulgaria scored at regular intervals in the opening period, mixing set-piece threat with slick open-play combinations. Their wingers stretched the Armenia back line, while the central midfielders arrived late in the box to finish moves. The captain led by example, driving forward and creating chances for others as well as scoring herself.

Second-Half Ruthlessness

Rather than easing off, Bulgaria added five more goals after the break. Substitutes made an immediate impact, maintaining the tempo and hunger that had defined the first half. Armenia, already chasing shadows, could not stop the flow of attacks through the middle and from wide areas.

Standout Performers

Viktoria Petrova and Mariela Ivanova each scored hat-tricks, with Elena Koleva adding a brace and Desislava Yordanova also finding the net. Sofia Angelova completed the scoring in the closing stages. It was a complete team performance, but the finishing in front of goal was especially ruthless.

What It Means

For Bulgaria Women U19, the 10-0 win is a major boost to confidence and goal difference in the UEFA European U19 Women's Championship campaign. It sends a clear message to the rest of the group and highlights the depth of their squad. Armenia Women U19, meanwhile, face a difficult reset before their next fixture.
