Kucukcekmece secured a comfortable 2-0 away victory over Inkilapspor in the Turkish Third League on Sunday evening, with a goal in each half proving enough to see off a determined but ultimately toothless home side. The win extends Kucukcekmece's unbeaten start to the season and leaves Inkilapspor still searching for their first points at home.

Match Overview

Inkilapspor began the match with plenty of energy, pressing high and forcing a couple of early corners. But Kucukcekmece weathered the storm and took the lead in the 27th minute through a well-worked move down the left flank. The goal knocked the confidence of the home side, and Kucukcekmece controlled the tempo for the remainder of the first half. In the second half, Inkilapspor pushed more bodies forward in search of an equaliser, but they were caught on the break in the 72nd minute when Kucukcekmece doubled their lead with a clinical finish. The visitors managed the game professionally from there, seeing out the win with relative ease.

Key Moments

• 27th minute: Kucukcekmece take the lead as winger Furkan Aydın cuts inside and curls a shot into the far corner.
• 41st minute: Inkilapspor's best chance of the half falls to striker Hakan Özkan, but he heads wide from six yards.
• 72nd minute: Kucukcekmece double their advantage through a swift counter-attack, finished off by substitute Barış Şahin.
• 85th minute: Inkilapspor are reduced to long-range efforts as Kucukcekmece's defence stands firm.

Tactical Story

Kucukcekmece lined up in a flexible 4-3-3 that became a 4-5-1 when defending, making it difficult for Inkilapspor to find space between the lines. The visitors pressed intelligently and forced the home side into rushed passes. Inkilapspor, meanwhile, struggled to create clear-cut chances despite enjoying more possession in the second half. Their build-up play was too slow, allowing Kucukcekmece to reorganise. The visitors' ability to transition from defence to attack quickly was the difference between the two sides.

Standout Players

Furkan Aydın (Kucukcekmece) was a constant threat with his dribbling and scored a fine opener. Barış Şahin made an instant impact from the bench, scoring the second goal. In defence, captain Murat Kılıç led by example, winning every aerial duel. For Inkilapspor, Hakan Özkan worked hard but was isolated up front, while midfielder Cem Arslan tried to drive his team forward but lacked support.

Table and Season Impact

Kucukcekmece's victory keeps them in the promotion mix early in the Turkish Third League season, and their defensive record is becoming a real strength. Inkilapspor remain in the lower half of the table and will need to address their attacking shortcomings quickly if they are to climb away from danger. The home crowd will expect a response in the next fixture.

What’s Next

Inkilapspor face a crucial away trip next weekend as they search for a morale-boosting win. Kucukcekmece, meanwhile, will host a mid-table side and will be confident of continuing their strong run.
