Sebat Genclikspor produced one of the standout results of the TUR Kupası round with a commanding 4-1 away victory over Inegolspor on 28 October 2026. The visitors were sharper from the opening whistle, clinical in front of goal and defensively disciplined after taking control of the tie, securing their place in the next stage of the Turkish Cup with a performance that mixed quick transitions with ruthless finishing.

Match Overview

Played under the lights at İnegöl Stadium, the cup tie promised a test of Inegolspor’s home resolve against a Sebat Genclikspor side willing to attack directly. It was the away team who settled first, pressing high enough to force mistakes and breaking the deadlock in the 12th minute through Ozan Kılıç, whose low finish set the tone for a difficult evening for the hosts.

Sebat Genclikspor doubled their advantage in the 34th minute when Berkay Aydın converted from close range after a well-worked move down the right. Inegolspor had spells of possession but struggled to turn territory into clear chances, and the visitors went into half-time with a deserved 2-0 lead.

Key Moments

The decisive phase came shortly after the restart. Berkay Aydın struck again in the 58th minute, finishing calmly after Sebat Genclikspor won the ball in midfield and released him into space. That third goal effectively removed the hosts’ margin for error and forced Inegolspor to commit more players forward.

Inegolspor briefly threatened a comeback when Mert Can converted a penalty in the 70th minute, giving the home crowd hope of a tense finish. But Sebat Genclikspor responded almost immediately, with Eren Yılmaz restoring the three-goal cushion in the 76th minute and ending any realistic doubt about the result.

Tactical Story

Sebat Genclikspor’s game plan was built on compactness and quick counter-attacks. They allowed Inegolspor to circulate the ball in deeper areas but closed the central lanes effectively, then looked to release their forwards behind the home defence. The approach worked because Sebat were efficient in transition and strong in the air when Inegolspor were forced to cross from wider areas.

Inegolspor, by contrast, found it difficult to sustain pressure. Their best moments came from set pieces and the penalty incident, but they were exposed whenever they lost the ball in midfield. Sebat Genclikspor’s ability to win second balls and turn defence into attack quickly was the defining tactical difference between the two sides.

Standout Players

Berkay Aydın was the clear attacking focal point for Sebat Genclikspor, scoring twice and constantly troubling the Inegolspor back line with his movement. Ozan Kılıç’s early goal gave the visitors control, while Eren Yılmaz capped a strong all-round display with the fourth. Inegolspor’s Mert Can was their most persistent threat and took his penalty well, but the hosts lacked the same cutting edge in open play.
