The second half belonged to the visitors. Surin City managed the game intelligently, kept their shape and exploited the spaces that appeared as Yasothon pushed forward in search of another equaliser. Two further goals sealed the result and gave Surin City a deserved three-point haul.

• Surin City restored their advantage before half-time with a composed finish.
• The visitors extended their lead in the second half through a quick attacking move.
• A late fourth goal completed a convincing 4-1 win for Surin City FC.

Yasothon’s equaliser was the highlight of their afternoon, but they struggled to contain Surin City’s forward runs and were punished for leaving space at the back. The visitors’ third goal was particularly damaging, arriving at a point when Yasothon were trying to build pressure. The fourth goal in the closing stages added further gloss to a strong team performance.

Tactical story

Surin City FC were aggressive without the ball and direct with it. Their pressing disrupted Yasothon’s attempts to play out from the back, and their wide players consistently found room to deliver dangerous crosses. When Surin City won possession, they moved forward quickly, often catching the hosts’ defence out of position.

Yasothon FC showed flashes of quality in attack but were too open defensively. Their desire to push men forward after equalising left gaps that Surin City exploited with ease. The visitors’ ability to control the tempo after taking the lead was a key factor in the outcome.

Standout performers

Surin City’s attacking unit deserved much of the credit, combining movement and precision to create numerous chances. The midfield also played a crucial role, winning second balls and setting the platform for counters. Yasothon’s goalkeeper made several saves to keep the scoreline respectable, while the hosts’ attacking players continued to work hard despite the growing deficit.

Table impact and what comes next

The victory strengthens Surin City FC’s position in the Thai League 3 standings and gives them momentum for the matches ahead. Yasothon FC will need to address their defensive shape after conceding four goals at home. The result is a reminder of how competitive Thai League 3 can be, with away teams capable of producing emphatic performances when they take their chances.
