Toko Customs United claimed a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Marines Eureka FC in Thai League 3 on 17 October 2026, with a late goal settling a contest that swung back and forth in the second half. The win gives Customs United an important boost in the promotion race, while Marines Eureka were left to rue a missed opportunity to take a point on the road.

Match overview

Customs United began brightly and took the lead midway through the first half after a period of sustained pressure. Their midfield pressed aggressively and forced Marines Eureka into a series of hurried clearances, one of which eventually led to the opening goal. Marines Eureka grew into the game after the interval, equalising with a well-worked move down the left, and for a while the visitors looked the more likely side to score again.

Just as the match seemed to be drifting towards a draw, Customs United found a decisive moment in the closing stages. A quick attack down the right produced a cross into the box, and the finish was clinical enough to spark celebrations and secure all three points.

Key moments

• 22nd minute: Toko Customs United opened the scoring after sustained pressure forced an error in the Marines Eureka defence.
• 58th minute: Marines Eureka FC equalised with a flowing move and a composed finish inside the area.
• 74th minute: Customs United hit the woodwork as they pushed for a winner.
• 87th minute: A right-sided cross was converted to make it 2-1 and seal the win for Customs United.

Tactical story

Customs United’s pressing was the defining feature of the match. Their forwards worked hard to close down Marines Eureka’s defenders, and the midfield pressed in support to limit easy passing lanes. That aggression created turnovers in dangerous areas and gave Customs United the platform for their opening goal. However, it also left space behind the press when Marines Eureka managed to play through it, which is how the visitors found their equaliser.

In the final 20 minutes, Customs United adjusted by dropping their midfield slightly deeper and attacking more directly. The change reduced Marines Eureka’s counter-attacking space while still allowing Customs to get numbers into the box. The winning goal came from exactly that pattern: a quick switch of play, a dangerous cross, and a finish from close range.

Standout performers

Customs United’s winger Anucha Srisuwan was a constant outlet on the right, delivering the cross for the winning goal and stretching Marines Eureka throughout. Midfielder Kritsada Pholdee controlled the centre of the pitch, breaking up play and recycling possession efficiently. For Marines Eureka, striker Nattapong Chaiyasit impressed with his movement and took his equalising goal well, while their goalkeeper made several sharp saves to keep the visitors in the contest.

Season impact

The three points are significant for Toko Customs United, who keep pace with the leading pack in Thai League 3 and maintain momentum in a demanding promotion race. Marines Eureka FC will feel they deserved more from the performance, but the defeat highlights the importance of concentration in the closing stages. With the season entering a crucial phase, both sides will take lessons from a match decided by small margins and a single late moment of quality.
