Royal Thai Navy FC secured a commanding 4-0 away victory over Master of Nongprue Kingdom SC in Thai League 3 on 18 October 2026. The visitors were professional and efficient, scoring at important moments and never allowing the hosts to build sustained momentum. A clean sheet capped a strong defensive display and made the three points even more satisfying.

Match overview

Royal Thai Navy FC took control early and opened the scoring in the 18th minute through a well-worked move down the left. The visitors’ midfield pressed intelligently, forcing Nongprue into errors and limiting their ability to play out from the back. A second goal just before half-time gave the Navy a comfortable cushion and forced the hosts to chase the game after the break.

Nongprue improved slightly in the second half and pushed more players forward, but that only created space for Royal Thai Navy FC to exploit. The visitors added two more goals in the second period, including a late finish that underlined their superiority. The home side struggled to create clear chances and were frustrated by the Navy’s compact defensive block.

Key moments

• 18′ – Nongprue 0-1: A quick exchange on the left ended with a low cross converted at the near post.
• 44′ – Nongprue 0-2: A midfield turnover led to a swift counter-attack and a calm finish.
• 63′ – Nongprue 0-3: A set-piece routine created space at the back post for a header.
• 89′ – Nongprue 0-4: A late breakaway goal sealed the win and completed a dominant away performance.

Tactical story

Royal Thai Navy FC set up with a disciplined 4-2-3-1 shape, focusing on controlling the central areas and forcing Nongprue’s attacks wide. The hosts struggled to find gaps between the lines and often resorted to crosses that were comfortably cleared. When the Navy won possession, they transitioned quickly, using the pace of their forwards to stretch the defence.

Nongprue’s decision to push more players forward in the second half was understandable but risky. The Navy’s midfield protected the back four well and won most of the second balls, allowing them to counter-attack with numbers. The third goal, from a set piece, effectively ended any hope of a comeback, and the fourth added gloss to an already impressive scoreline.

Standout players

The Royal Thai Navy FC goalkeeper was largely untroubled but commanded his area well when called upon. The centre-back pairing dealt with crosses and long balls confidently, while the midfield duo controlled the rhythm of the match. Up front, the forwards combined well, with the left-sided attacker particularly dangerous in one-on-one situations. Nongprue’s best performer was their goalkeeper, who made several saves to prevent an even heavier defeat.

Season impact

The three points strengthen Royal Thai Navy FC’s position in the Thai League 3 table and highlight their potential to challenge for promotion. For Master of Nongprue Kingdom SC, the result exposes the gap between the two sides and underlines the need for greater creativity and defensive resilience. The Navy’s ability to win away from home with such control will be a major asset as the season progresses.
