FC Prishtina Bern produced a commanding 4-0 victory over FC Naters in the Switzerland Division 2 League on October 11, 2026, delivering one of their most complete performances of the campaign.

Prishtina Bern were sharper from the opening whistle, pressed aggressively, and punished Naters with a ruthless first-half display before adding two more goals after the break. The win boosts Prishtina’s goal difference and sends a clear message to the rest of the division.

Match Overview

The home side needed only eight minutes to break the deadlock. Ardit Berisha latched onto a loose ball inside the box and finished calmly after Prishtina’s high press forced a turnover. Naters struggled to settle, and Prishtina doubled their lead in the 31st minute when Driton Krasniqi curled a shot into the far corner from the edge of the area.

At 2-0, the game was already slipping away from Naters. Prishtina kept control after half-time and added a third in the 57th minute, Berisha scoring his second of the night after a quick counter-attack. A late fourth goal from a substitute completed the rout and capped a dominant team performance.

• 8' – Prishtina goal: Ardit Berisha opened the scoring after a high press forced a turnover.
• 31' – Prishtina goal: Driton Krasniqi doubled the lead with a precise finish from outside the box.
• 57' – Prishtina goal: Berisha grabbed his second, finishing off a fast break.
• 79' – Prishtina goal: A substitute completed the scoring with a composed finish inside the area.

Tactical Story

Prishtina Bern set up in a 4-2-3-1 and used their front four to aggressively press Naters’ defenders. That strategy forced repeated turnovers in dangerous areas, and Prishtina’s midfielders consistently won the second balls. Naters tried to build from the back, but they were hurried into long passes and rarely managed to sustain possession in the final third.

The most impressive aspect of Prishtina’s display was their balance. They attacked with numbers, yet their centre-backs and defensive midfielder stayed alert to counter-attacks. Naters never found a way to break that structure, and once Prishtina scored the second goal, the match felt effectively decided.

Standout Players

Ardit Berisha was the clear headline performer with two goals and constant movement in behind the defence. Driton Krasniqi controlled the tempo from midfield and added a well-taken goal. Prishtina’s defensive line also deserves credit for a clean sheet, while Naters’ goalkeeper prevented an even heavier defeat with several saves.

Season Impact

This 4-0 win gives FC Prishtina Bern a significant boost in the Switzerland Division 2 League table, improving both their points total and their goal difference. For FC Naters, it is a difficult night that exposes the gap between the sides on this evidence, and they will need a quick response in their next match. Prishtina, meanwhile, will believe this performance can be the platform for a stronger run in the weeks ahead.
