DAC Dunajska Streda B and Slovan Duslo Sala played out a 0-0 draw in the Slovak 3.Liga on Sunday, 20 September 2026, in a match that was short on goals but not on tension. Both defences held firm at the DAC training complex, leaving the teams to share the spoils.

Match Overview

The first half was a cagey affair, with chances at a premium. DAC B controlled possession but struggled to break down a well-organised Sala defence. The visitors had the best opportunity of the opening period when a free-kick from the edge of the box clipped the top of the crossbar.

After the break, the game opened up slightly. DAC B pushed more men forward and forced a series of corners, but Sala's goalkeeper produced two smart saves to keep the scores level. At the other end, Sala nearly snatched a winner on the counter, only for a last-ditch block to deny them.

Key Moments

• 28' — Sala hit the crossbar from a set-piece.
• 57' — DAC B's striker forces a fine save with a header.
• 74' — A goal-line clearance keeps the match goalless.
• 88' — Sala break away but are denied by a crucial interception.

Tactical Story

DAC Dunajska Streda B lined up in a 4-2-3-1 and looked to build patiently through midfield. However, Slovan Duslo Sala sat deep in a compact 4-4-2, denying space between the lines. The home side's wingers struggled to get in behind, and their crosses were routinely cleared.

Sala were content to soak up pressure and hit on the break. Their game plan nearly worked perfectly, but a lack of composure in the final third cost them a famous away win. DAC B will feel they should have done more with their 62% possession.

Standout Players

Both goalkeepers deserved credit. DAC B's goalkeeper made a crucial save in the second half, while Sala's shot-stopper was equally impressive, commanding his area and collecting crosses. In midfield, DAC's captain dictated play and never stopped probing.

Table Impact

The draw leaves DAC Dunajska Streda B in mid-table, still searching for consistency. Slovan Duslo Sala will be happier with the point, which keeps them within touching distance of the teams above them. Both sides will look to turn draws into wins in their next outings.
