Tactical Story

Somozas started with intensity, pressing high and forcing Pontevedra B into early mistakes. The visitors, however, grew into the game and began to dominate possession in midfield after the interval. Their patience paid off with a well-worked equaliser, and from then on they looked the more likely winners. Somozas, who faded physically in the final twenty minutes, were happy to hear the full-time whistle.

What the Result Means

Both sides remain in mid-table, with plenty of room for improvement. Somozas will be frustrated at letting a lead slip at home, while Pontevedra B can take encouragement from a spirited away performance. The draw keeps the two clubs level on points and underlines how competitive the Tercera División RFEF can be.
