Suodu Pei recorded a 1-0 home victory over SD Erandio Club in the Spanish Tercera División RFEF on 18 October 2026, earning three points through a disciplined performance and a well-taken second-half goal.

A patient home performance

Suodu Pei started the match with a measured approach, keeping possession carefully and looking to probe the Erandio defence rather than forcing the issue. SD Erandio Club, meanwhile, were compact and organised, closing central spaces and trying to spring forward on the break. The first half was a tactical battle, with both sides showing plenty of effort but little in the way of clear-cut chances.

The game opened up after the restart, and Suodu Pei found the breakthrough in the 58th minute. A flowing move ended with the ball arriving at the feet of an attacker inside the box, and a precise finish gave the home side the lead. Erandio responded with more urgency, but Suodu Pei managed the closing stages well, defending with numbers and limiting the visitors to speculative efforts.

Key moments

• 21st minute: Suodu Pei created the first real opening, but a low shot from the edge of the area was saved.
• 43rd minute: Erandio’s best chance of the first half came from a free-kick that drifted just wide.
• 58th minute: Suodu Pei broke the deadlock with a composed finish after a neat attacking move.
• 76th minute: The home goalkeeper made a strong save to deny Erandio an equaliser.
• 88th minute: A goal-line clearance relieved late pressure as Erandio pushed forward.

Tactical story

Suodu Pei’s victory was built on balance. They were patient in possession, but they also defended with real determination when Erandio increased the tempo. The midfield unit worked hard to screen the back four, and the wide players tracked back effectively. Erandio showed good organisation and competed well, but they were unable to turn their territorial pressure into enough clear chances. The home side’s ability to protect the lead in the final 20 minutes was the defining feature of the match.

Standout performers

The Suodu Pei goalkeeper was reliable throughout and made the key save at 1-0. The central defenders were commanding in the air, while the goalscorer’s intelligent movement created the decisive moment. In midfield, the deepest player controlled the rhythm and helped Suodu Pei see out the game. SD Erandio Club’s most impressive performers were their goalkeeper, who kept the deficit to one, and a hard-working central midfielder who never stopped pressing.

Season impact

The result gives Suodu Pei a valuable home win in the Spanish Tercera División RFEF and strengthens their position in a highly competitive group. For SD Erandio Club, the narrow defeat leaves them with useful lessons about converting pressure into chances. With the season still developing, both sides will know that tight matches like this one can have a significant influence on the final standings.
