Andratx and Migjorn played out a remarkable 4-4 draw in the Spanish Tercera División RFEF on 24 October 2026, sharing eight goals in a match that swung repeatedly and produced a stoppage-time equaliser at the Estadi Municipal de Andratx.

Match overview

The visitors made the brighter start and stunned the home crowd by moving into a two-goal lead inside the opening half-hour. Migjorn’s early pressing forced mistakes, and their finishing in the box was clinical. Andratx, however, refused to let the game drift. A goal shortly before half-time gave the hosts a foothold, and they carried that momentum into the second period.

Andratx equalised early in the second half and then took the lead for the first time, turning a difficult evening into a potential comeback story. Migjorn responded to level again, only for Andratx to edge ahead once more in the closing stages. Just when the home side appeared set for three points, Migjorn found one final attack and scored deep into stoppage time to complete a breathless 4-4 draw.

Tactical story

Andratx’s second-half comeback was built on higher pressing and quicker ball circulation. The hosts pushed their midfield higher up the pitch, won more second balls and forced Migjorn into repeated defensive retreats. That shift in territory produced three second-half goals and turned the match into a classic end-to-end contest.

Migjorn, though, always carried a threat on the counter. Their attacking players found space in transition and remained composed in front of goal, which is why they were able to respond every time Andratx seemed to take control. Both defences struggled with the pace of the game, but the attacking quality on show made the draw one of the most entertaining scorelines of the Tercera División RFEF weekend.

Standout performers

Andratx’s attacking midfielders were at the heart of the comeback, linking play and repeatedly finding pockets of space between Migjorn’s defensive lines. The home side’s wide runners also stretched the visitors late on. For Migjorn, the forward line deserved enormous credit for staying involved until the final attack, while the goalkeeper made several important interventions during Andratx’s strongest spell.

Table impact

A point apiece does little to settle either side’s position in the Tercera División RFEF standings, but the manner of the draw will matter. Andratx will take confidence from recovering from two goals down and scoring four at home, while Migjorn will value the resilience shown in scoring a stoppage-time equaliser. Both teams will know that tighter defensive displays are needed if they are to convert such attacking performances into consistent wins.
