Tactical Story

CF Calamocha set up to play vertically and quickly, often bypassing midfield with long passes into the channels. That direct style caused Logrones B problems in the first half, especially when the visitors' defensive line held a high position. Logrones B adjusted after the break, pushing their full-backs higher and committing more bodies forward in search of goals.

The game became stretched in the final 20 minutes, with both teams trading chances. Calamocha's willingness to keep attacking rather than settle for a draw ultimately paid off. Their late goal came from a moment of penalty-box instinct, a fitting end to an open and entertaining Segunda División RFEF fixture.

Standout Players

Calamocha's centre-forward was the standout performer, scoring twice and leading the line with energy. Their left winger also impressed, providing the assist for the second goal and stretching the Logrones B defence throughout. For UD Logrones B, the midfielder who scored the first goal and the substitute who added the second were the brightest sparks in a brave second-half display.

Season Impact

The win gives CF Calamocha a welcome boost in the Segunda División RFEF table, moving them into a more comfortable position in the mid-table pack. For UD Logrones B, the defeat is a reminder of how fine the margins can be in a division where reserve teams test themselves against senior opposition. Both sides will take lessons from a match that produced five goals and plenty of drama.
