FK Javor Ivanjica delivered a dominant home display in the Serbian Mozzart Bet Prva Liga, brushing aside Bor 1919 with a 3-0 victory on 17 October 2026. The hosts combined early control with ruthless finishing, scoring in each phase of the match to secure a convincing three points.

Match overview

Javor set the tone from the opening whistle, pressing Bor 1919 high and forcing mistakes in the visitors’ defensive third. The breakthrough arrived inside the first 20 minutes, and from that point the home side looked comfortable in possession and dangerous whenever they attacked down the flanks.

A second goal early in the second half effectively ended Bor’s resistance, and Javor added a third late on to complete a scoreline that accurately reflected their superiority. Bor 1919 worked hard but struggled to create clear chances against a disciplined home defence.

Key moments

• 18th minute – Javor’s striker opened the scoring with a composed finish after a flowing move down the right.
• 52nd minute – A set-piece routine produced the second goal, with the home captain heading home from close range.
• 74th minute – Javor’s wide forward cut inside and fired into the far corner to make it 3-0 and cap a strong individual performance.

Tactical story

Javor’s 4-2-3-1 shape gave them numerical control in midfield, and their wide players consistently stretched Bor’s back line. The hosts also pressed intelligently, winning the ball back quickly whenever Bor attempted to build from the back. That pressure led to a high number of turnovers in promising areas.

Bor 1919 tried to respond through direct balls over the top, but Javor’s centre-backs read the danger well and won most of the aerial duels. The visitors improved slightly after half-time, but the second goal killed any momentum they had built.

Standout performers

Javor’s attacking midfielder was at the heart of nearly every dangerous move, drifting between the lines and linking play. The striker’s movement created space for others, while the goalkeeper made one crucial first-half save to preserve the lead. Bor’s goalkeeper was arguably his side’s best performer, making several stops to limit the damage.

League impact

Javor Ivanjica’s three points reinforce their home strength in the Mozzart Bet Prva Liga and give them confidence heading into the next round. For Bor 1919, the result highlights the need for greater defensive solidity and more creativity in the attacking third.
