FC Murom produced a ruthless performance to beat Torpedo Vladimir 4-0 in the RUS D3B on 13 September 2026, turning a competitive local fixture into a one-sided statement. Under the lights at the Murom Central Stadium, the hosts scored twice in each half, combined sharp finishing with relentless pressing, and never allowed Torpedo Vladimir to settle. The four-goal margin was the clearest possible response to any questions about Murom’s attacking form.

Match overview

RUS D3B football is known for physical battles, quick transitions and tight grounds, but FC Murom dictated the terms from the early exchanges. They pressed high, won second balls in midfield and repeatedly attacked the space behind Torpedo Vladimir’s full-backs. The visitors tried to build patiently from the back, yet Murom’s intensity forced a stream of turnovers in dangerous areas. By the time the first half-hour had passed, the pattern was set: Murom controlled the ball and the territory, while Torpedo Vladimir were left chasing shadows.

Key moments

• 12th minute: FC Murom opened the scoring after a high press forced a misplaced pass. The ball was worked quickly to the edge of the box and finished low into the bottom corner.
• 34th minute: A flowing move down the left ended with a precise cross and a close-range header, doubling the lead and energising the home crowd.
• 58th minute: Torpedo Vladimir’s best spell of the match ended in the worst possible way. Murom won possession and broke at speed, scoring a third goal on the counter.
• 77th minute: The scoring was completed with a powerful strike from outside the area, a goal that summed up Murom’s confidence and Torpedo’s defensive exhaustion.

Tactical story

FC Murom lined up with an aggressive 4-3-3, using their wide forwards to pin back Torpedo Vladimir’s defence and create overloads in wide areas. The midfield trio pressed in a coordinated unit, cutting off central passing lanes and forcing the visitors to go long. Torpedo Vladimir struggled to maintain possession, and when they did win the ball, their transitions were too slow to trouble Murom’s well-organised back line. The home side’s 4-0 win was built on tactical discipline as much as finishing.

Standout players

FC Murom’s attacking players shared the plaudits, but the midfield engine room deserved special mention for controlling the tempo and winning the ball back so frequently. The centre-backs were rarely troubled, keeping a clean sheet and starting attacks with calm distribution. For Torpedo Vladimir, the goalkeeper made several saves to prevent an even heavier defeat, while their captain tried to rally the side from midfield, but the team never found a foothold.

RUS D3B table impact

A 4-0 victory gives FC Murom a significant boost in the RUS D3B standings, strengthening their goal difference and sending a message to the teams around them. Torpedo Vladimir, meanwhile, will need to regroup quickly after a heavy loss, particularly with defensive errors and missed challenges proving costly. The result underlines how dangerous Murom can be when their pressing game clicks, and it adds another memorable chapter to a fixture that has often been hard-fought.
