Tactical story

Resovia Rzeszow Women’s pressing was the defining feature of the match. Lech Poznan UAM II (W) showed promising moments in possession, particularly when its midfielders dropped deeper to receive the ball. However, the team lacked the physical presence and final-third penetration to seriously trouble Resovia. The visitors’ best chances came from set pieces, but Resovia dealt with those comfortably and protected the central areas throughout.

Standout performers

The goalscorers deserved credit for their movement and finishing, while the home goalkeeper was reliable when called upon. For Lech Poznan UAM II (W), the young midfielders showed composure on the ball, but the team’s attacking players were often isolated against a well-organised defence.

For Lech Poznan UAM II (W), the defeat is a learning experience against a more experienced and physically demanding opponent.
