Tactical Story

Medyk Konin's 4-3-3 formation was designed to dominate possession and create chances through wide combinations and late runs into the box. Their midfielders controlled the tempo, switching play intelligently and constantly feeding the forwards in dangerous areas. The front three were fluid, rotating positions and making it difficult for Staszkowka Jelna's defenders to mark them effectively.

Staszkowka Jelna, by contrast, struggled to maintain possession under pressure. Their defensive block was often too deep, inviting Medyk to shoot from distance and deliver crosses into the box. When they did win the ball, their counter-attacks were too isolated to trouble the hosts consistently. The one goal they scored was a reward for their persistence, but it was never likely to change the outcome.

Standout Players

Medyk's attacking players shared the goals, highlighting the depth and balance of the squad. The central midfielder was the engine of the team, dictating play and linking defence with attack. The goalkeeper was largely untroubled but remained focused when called upon. For Staszkowka Jelna, the goalscorer showed good movement and finishing, while the goalkeeper made several saves to keep the score from being even more lopsided.

Season Impact

The 5-1 win reinforces Medyk Konin's credentials in the Poland Women League and provides a significant boost to their goal difference. For UKS Staszkowka Jelna Women, it is a tough day but also a chance to learn and regroup. The result underlines the competitive hierarchy in the division while reminding everyone that Medyk Konin remain a force to be reckoned with this season.
