Tactical story

Odra Bytom Odrzański’s 4-2-3-1 shape gave them control in central areas, with their attacking midfielder finding pockets of space between Stal Brzeg’s midfield and defence. Their full-backs pushed forward to provide width, and the front four combined well with quick one-twos. The key difference was Odra’s efficiency in front of goal: they created fewer clear chances than their pressure suggested but took the important ones.

Their goal late in the game made for a nervous finish, but Odra’s midfield dropped deeper to close the spaces and limit clear sights of goal in the final minutes.
