Meblorz Swarzedz 3-3 Ostrovia Ostrow Wielkopolski — Meblorz Swarzedz and Ostrovia Ostrow Wielkopolski played out a wildly entertaining 3-3 draw in Poland Liga 3 on Sunday night, sharing six goals in a match full of momentum shifts and late drama.

Match overview

The contest was open from the first whistle, with both sides committing numbers forward and defending with a degree of vulnerability. Swarzedz tried to control possession through midfield, while Ostrovia looked to hit them on the break and profit from set pieces. The result was a breathless encounter that kept the outcome uncertain right until the final minutes.

Swarzedz took the lead early and looked the more composed side for long spells, but Ostrovia's direct approach kept them in touch. Every time the hosts threatened to pull away, the visitors found a response.

Key moments

• 11' — Kacper Nowak fired Swarzedz into an early lead.
• 24' — Michał Zieliński equalised for Ostrovia with a close-range finish.
• 39' — Bartosz Lewandowski restored Swarzedz's advantage before half-time.
• 55' — Adam Wiśniewski levelled again for Ostrovia after a corner.
• 72' — Zieliński scored his second to put Ostrovia 3-2 ahead.
• 90+2' — Nowak completed his brace and rescued a point for Swarzedz.

Tactical story

Swarzedz built their attacks patiently, using their midfield to switch play and create overloads in wide areas. That approach produced two first-half goals, but it also left them exposed to counters when moves broke down. Ostrovia were happy to defend deeper and strike quickly, and their set-piece delivery caused problems throughout.

The final twenty minutes became a test of nerve. Ostrovia's third goal looked like it might be enough, but Swarzedz pushed more bodies forward and found an equaliser deep into stoppage time. The draw felt fair on balance, even if both teams will rue missed chances to take all three points.

Standout players

Kacper Nowak was Swarzedz's brightest performer, scoring twice and leading the line with energy. Michał Zieliński matched him with a brace for Ostrovia, while Adam Wiśniewski's set-piece delivery was a constant threat.

Season impact

The point keeps both sides in the mid-table conversation in Poland Liga 3, but the manner of the draw will matter. Swarzedz showed character to respond late, while Ostrovia demonstrated their ability to score from different situations. Both teams will look to tighten up defensively in their next outings.
