Tactical story

Their midfield rotations created space between the lines, and the wide players stretched the visitors’ back four. Pacifico FC Buenaventura improved slightly after scoring, but the game was already beyond them.

Standout players

Cristal’s centre-forward was the focal point of the attack, contributing to multiple goals and linking play effectively. The midfield trio also deserved credit for controlling the rhythm, while Pacifico’s goalkeeper made several saves to prevent an even heavier defeat.

Season impact

The win is a strong statement for Sporting Cristal Reserves in PER D3 and boosts their goal difference as well as their points total. Pacifico FC Buenaventura will need to regroup defensively, as the result leaves them with clear lessons about handling high-pressure opponents.
