Tactical story

Skeid Oslo U19 lined up with an aggressive 4-3-3, using their wingers to pin Ullensaker’s full-backs and create space for midfield runners. Their counter-press was the standout feature: whenever they lost the ball, three players immediately surrounded it, often winning possession within seconds. Ullensaker tried to defend in a low block, but the constant pressure led to errors, and their rare counterattacks were easily contained by Skeid’s center-backs.

Standout players

Skeid’s center-forward was the clear player of the match, scoring a hat-trick and linking play with maturity. The right winger contributed two assists and tormented his marker throughout. In midfield, the captain controlled the tempo and won back possession repeatedly. Ullensaker’s goalkeeper faced a barrage and made several saves to prevent an even heavier defeat.

Season impact

The 7-0 win gives Skeid Oslo U19 a significant boost in the Norwegian Junior U19 standings, improving both their points total and goal difference. For Ullensaker U19, it is a difficult lesson in handling high pressure, but youth football is about development, and the squad will have opportunities to respond. Skeid’s performance sends a clear message to the rest of the division about their attacking potential.
