The Eredivisie Vrouwen delivered another compelling round of fixtures, with title contenders making emphatic statements on the road while one match ended in a tense stalemate. Below is a full round-up of the action, including a dominant PSV performance in The Hague, an Ajax statement win in Rotterdam, a four-goal thriller in Zwolle, and a Spanish U19 clash that saw Valladolid take all three points.

ADO Den Haag Women 0-3 PSV Eindhoven Women: Ruthless PSV Cruise in The Hague

PSV Eindhoven Women produced one of the most complete away performances of their Eredivisie Vrouwen campaign so far, brushing aside ADO Den Haag Women 3-0 at the Cars Jeans Stadion. The visitors controlled possession from the opening whistle, pressed aggressively in the middle third, and rarely looked troubled defensively, securing a clean sheet to go with a comfortable three-goal margin.

Match Overview

The pattern of the game was established early. PSV pushed their full-backs high, stretched ADO Den Haag's back line with quick switches of play, and repeatedly found space between the hosts' midfield and defensive units. Den Haag, by contrast, sat deeper than they would have liked and struggled to string together meaningful sequences in the attacking half.

The breakthrough arrived before the half-hour mark, and once PSV had their noses in front, the match rarely threatened to swing back the other way. A second goal before the interval effectively ended the contest as a competitive affair, allowing PSV to manage the second half with composure and control.

Key Moments

• Opening goal: PSV's patient build-up play was rewarded when a cleverly worked move down the right culminated in a composed finish inside the penalty area.
• Second goal: A high turnover in midfield caught Den Haag out of shape, and PSV doubled the advantage with a swift counter-attack.
• Third goal: The visitors added gloss to the scoreline after the break, capping a move that began with a brave defensive interception deep in their own half.
• Defensive resilience: PSV's goalkeeper was called into action only sporadically, with the centre-back pairing dealing comfortably with Den Haag's long balls forward.

Tactical Story

The decisive tactical difference was PSV's pressing structure. By committing their midfielders forward and denying Den Haag any rhythm in central areas, they forced the home side into hopeful long passes that were easily repelled. In possession, PSV showed real variety, mixing patient circulation with direct balls in behind for their wide forwards.

Den Haag's best spells came immediately after half-time, when they pushed their wingers higher and won a couple of corners. But without a goal to reward that pressure, the momentum faded, and PSV reasserted control with a third goal that killed any lingering hope of a comeback.

Standings Impact

Three points and a clean sheet represent a strong day's work for PSV Eindhoven Women, who remain firmly in the conversation at the top end of the Eredivisie Vrouwen table. For ADO Den Haag Women, the defeat is a reminder of the gap that still exists between the league's leading sides and the chasing pack, and it leaves them searching for consistency in front of their home supporters.

What's Next

Both clubs will quickly turn their attention to the next round of fixtures. PSV will look to build on the momentum of a convincing away win, while Den Haag must regroup defensively and find a way to create more chances in the final third.
