RB Omiya Ardija Cruise Past Vanraure Hachinohe 3-1 in J2 League

RB Omiya Ardija delivered a commanding home performance on Saturday, October 10, 2026, defeating Vanraure Hachinohe FC 3-1 at the NACK5 Stadium Omiya. The win keeps Omiya firmly in the J2 League promotion conversation and highlighted the attacking depth that has made them one of the division’s most dangerous teams.

Omiya started brightly and took an early lead through Kazuki Fujimoto, whose sharp movement inside the box created a clear opening in the 12th minute. Hachinohe responded well and equalized in the 31st minute when Ryota Nakamura finished a quick transition, briefly restoring parity.

Match Overview

The home side controlled the tempo for long stretches, using their wing-backs to stretch Hachinohe’s defensive block. Omiya’s midfield trio pressed aggressively to win the ball high up the pitch, and that approach paid off repeatedly. Vanraure Hachinohe tried to counter through the channels, but they struggled to maintain possession under sustained pressure.

Omiya regained the lead in the 54th minute when Fujimoto struck again, finishing calmly after a clever through ball. The third goal arrived in the 76th minute through substitute Takumi Ito, who sealed the victory with a low drive from the edge of the area.

Key Moments

• 31st minute: Ryota Nakamura equalized for Vanraure Hachinohe FC after a fast break.

Tactical Story

RB Omiya Ardija’s high press was the foundation of their win. By forcing Hachinohe into hurried clearances, Omiya repeatedly won the ball in advanced areas and created scoring chances without needing long spells of possession. Their wide players stayed high, pinning the visiting full-backs and opening space for central runners.

Hachinohe’s equalizer showed their counterattacking threat, but they could not sustain that level. Once Omiya increased the intensity after halftime, the away side struggled to keep up, and the third goal reflected the home team’s superior fitness and squad depth.

Standout Players

Kazuki Fujimoto was the clear man of the match, scoring twice and constantly troubling the Hachinohe defense with his movement. Takumi Ito made an impact from the bench, adding energy and the final goal. In midfield, Omiya’s captain controlled the game with smart passing and timely interceptions.

For Vanraure Hachinohe, Ryota Nakamura took his goal well and worked hard in isolation, but the visitors lacked the support around him to turn promising moments into sustained pressure.

J2 League Table and Season Impact

The three points strengthen RB Omiya Ardija’s position in the J2 League standings and reinforce their credentials as genuine promotion contenders. A 3-1 home win also improves their goal difference, which could prove valuable in a tight race.

For Vanraure Hachinohe FC, the defeat leaves them needing to respond quickly in their battle to climb away from the lower reaches of the table. The upcoming fixtures will be crucial as they look to restore momentum and pick up points on the road.
