Shenavar Sazi Qeshm produced a composed second-half comeback to beat Niroye Zamini 2-1 in the Iran Azadegan League on 26 October 2026, turning a difficult away fixture into a valuable three-point result.

Niroye Zamini 1-2 Shenavar Sazi Qeshm: Away Side Fight Back

Niroye Zamini started brightly and enjoyed the better of the opening half-hour. Their compact midfield made it difficult for Shenavar Sazi Qeshm to settle into a rhythm, and the home side were rewarded in the 33rd minute when Reza Fallah found space inside the penalty area and finished neatly past the goalkeeper. The goal gave Niroye Zamini a deserved lead and forced the visitors to rethink their approach.

Shenavar Sazi Qeshm improved after the interval. They moved the ball more quickly, stretched the home defence with wide runs and began to find gaps between the lines. The equaliser arrived in the 49th minute through Ali Nazari, whose low drive from the edge of the box beat the goalkeeper and changed the momentum of the match.

Tactical Story

Niroye Zamini’s first-half plan worked well. They stayed compact, denied central space and looked to spring forward through quick transitions. Fallah’s goal was the product of that approach, and for a while the home side looked comfortable.

The second half told a different story. Shenavar Sazi Qeshm pushed their full-backs higher and created overloads on the flanks, forcing Niroye Zamini to defend deeper. Nazari’s equaliser came from a more direct attacking sequence, while the winner was a model of patient build-up: a switch of play, a driving run and a precise cut-back for Rezaei to finish. Niroye Zamini responded with late pressure, but the visitors defended their lead with maturity.

Standout Performers

Ali Nazari was the catalyst for Shenavar Sazi Qeshm’s revival, combining energy in midfield with the quality to score a difficult equaliser. Hamid Rezaei showed excellent movement for the winning goal and worked tirelessly in the final third. Niroye Zamini’s Reza Fallah was their brightest attacking outlet and took his goal well, but the home side could not find a second breakthrough.

Azadegan League Impact

The result strengthens Shenavar Sazi Qeshm’s position in the Iran Azadegan League table and underlines their ability to win away from home. Coming from behind against a disciplined opponent is the kind of performance that can build confidence across a long season. For Niroye Zamini, the defeat is a reminder that promising spells must be converted into points, especially when leading at home.

Both sides now turn their attention to the next round of fixtures, but this match will be remembered for Shenavar Sazi Qeshm’s second-half control and the quality of their winning goal. In a competitive promotion race, away victories like this can carry real weight.
