FC Dinamo City delivered a statement performance in the International Club Friendly calendar on September 26, 2026, defeating Otrant 4-1 at home. The match was played at a brisk tempo, with Dinamo City controlling possession and creating the clearer chances from the opening whistle. Otrant stayed compact and looked to threaten on the break, but the home side's attacking depth ultimately proved decisive.

Match Overview

Dinamo City set the tone early, pressing high and forcing Otrant into hurried clearances. The opener arrived inside the first 15 minutes, and the lead was doubled before half-time as the hosts repeatedly found space between the opposing full-back and centre-back. Otrant briefly gained a foothold after the interval and pulled a goal back, but Dinamo City responded with two more goals to close out a convincing 4-1 win.

Key Moments

• Early breakthrough: Dinamo City's high press created a turnover, and a low finish gave the home side a 1-0 lead.
• Second goal: A quick passing move down the right ended with a composed finish at the near post.
• Otrant response: After the break, Otrant found a consolation goal from a set-piece scramble.
• Late control: Dinamo City added two more goals in the final quarter, sealing the 4-1 result.

Tactical Story

Dinamo City's midfield trio dictated the rhythm, winning second balls and switching play to isolate the wide areas. Otrant's defensive block held up in patches, but once Dinamo City increased the speed of their passing, gaps appeared. The hosts also managed the game well after conceding, never allowing Otrant to build sustained momentum. It was a friendly, but the intensity in the final third looked like a competitive fixture.

Standout Performers

The Dinamo City attack was the difference, with the wide forwards combining pace and direct running. The central striker held the ball up effectively, while the captain in midfield controlled the tempo. For Otrant, the goalkeeper made several saves to keep the score respectable, and the No. 10 was the team's most creative outlet, especially during the brief spell after their goal.

What It Means

For Dinamo City, the 4-1 win is a useful confidence boost and a chance to fine-tune combinations before the next competitive fixture. Otrant will take lessons from the defensive breakdowns but can also point to the response after half-time. Friendly results do not count in the standings, yet the performance will give Dinamo City's coaching staff plenty of positive footage to review.
