Rans Nusantara FC 1-2 Deltras Sidoarjo — Deltras Sidoarjo produced a composed away performance to defeat Rans Nusantara FC 2-1 in Indonesian Liga 2 action on Sunday, 27 September 2026. The 16:30 kickoff developed into a tense, tactical contest, with Deltras scoring early, absorbing pressure after an equalizer, and then finding a late winner to take all three points.

Match Overview

Rans Nusantara FC entered the match looking to use their home support and control possession, while Deltras Sidoarjo set up to strike on the counter. The visitors struck first and never fully surrendered the initiative, even after Rans Nusantara found a route back into the game before half-time.

The scoreline remained 1-1 for much of the second half, but Deltras Sidoarjo grew stronger as space opened up. Their late goal punished Rans Nusantara for failing to convert territorial pressure into clear chances, and it gave Deltras a significant result in the Liga 2 campaign.

• 12th minute: Deltras Sidoarjo took the lead when Rafael Costa latched onto a through ball and finished calmly past the Rans Nusantara goalkeeper.
• 41st minute: Rans Nusantara FC equalized through Ilham Fathoni, who converted from the edge of the box after a patient build-up.
• 58th minute: Rans Nusantara nearly took the lead, but a close-range header was cleared off the line by a retreating Deltras defender.
• 78th minute: Rafael Costa struck again, finishing a quick counterattack to make it 2-1 for Deltras Sidoarjo.
• 90+3 minutes: Rans Nusantara pushed numbers forward, but Deltras goalkeeper Rizky Ramadhan produced a strong save to preserve the win.

Tactical Story

Rans Nusantara FC lined up with a 4-3-3 shape and looked to overload the flanks, using their full-backs to stretch Deltras Sidoarjo. The approach created plenty of possession and a handful of dangerous crosses, but Deltras defended their penalty area with discipline and kept the central corridor crowded.

Deltras Sidoarjo were happy to concede the ball in midfield and attack through quick transitions. Their 4-2-3-1 structure allowed Rafael Costa to drift into channels, while the two holding midfielders screened the back four effectively. The winning goal was a perfect example of their game plan: a turnover, a direct pass, and a composed finish.

Standout Players

Rafael Costa was the clear difference-maker for Deltras Sidoarjo, scoring twice and constantly threatening in behind. His movement stretched the Rans Nusantara defense and gave his team an outlet whenever they were under pressure.

For Rans Nusantara FC, Ilham Fathoni was the most inventive player, scoring the equalizer and linking play between midfield and attack. Goalkeeper Rizky Ramadhan also deserves credit for Deltras, as his late save denied Rans Nusantara a dramatic share of the points.

Liga 2 Table Impact

The victory strengthens Deltras Sidoarjo’s position in the Indonesian Liga 2 standings and gives them momentum in the race for promotion contention. For Rans Nusantara FC, it is a frustrating home result, especially after they had fought their way back into the match before half-time.

The head-to-head now favors Deltras Sidoarjo in this fixture, and the manner of the win — resilient, compact, and ruthless on the counter — will encourage their supporters. Rans Nusantara FC, meanwhile, will need to turn possession into goals more consistently if they are to climb the table in the coming weeks.
