The two wingers also got on the scoresheet, with a brace each. Goalkeeper and defence were virtual spectators, but they maintained concentration to keep a clean sheet.

For MOL Fehervar, it was a night to forget. Their goalkeeper made several saves to keep the score from being even higher, but the defence was overwhelmed by the speed and precision of Puskas Akademia's attacks.

Tactical Story

Puskas Akademia employed a high-pressing 4-3-3, suffocating Fehervar's attempts to play out from the back. The midfield trio dominated possession, constantly feeding the front three with incisive passes. Fehervar, lining up in a defensive 5-3-2, were pinned back and could not maintain any meaningful possession.

The home side's movement off the ball was exceptional, with players constantly rotating positions and dragging defenders out of shape. The relentless tempo never dropped, even as the goals piled up, demonstrating remarkable focus and professionalism.

League Impact and Records

This result sends a clear message to the rest of the Hungary Women's Division 1 League: Puskas Akademia Women are serious title contenders. The three points strengthen their position near the top of the table and give them a significant goal-difference advantage. The 17-0 scoreline will be talked about for a long time and may well enter the record books as one of the most one-sided victories in the competition's history.

MOL Fehervar FC Women will need to regroup quickly; such a heavy defeat can be damaging to morale, but they must find a way to respond in their next fixture. For Puskas Akademia, the challenge now is to maintain this level of performance in the coming weeks.
