ESMTK 6–0 FC Dabas — a devastating home performance from ESMTK, who produced a six-goal display in the Hungary Nemzeti Bajnokság III to record one of the most emphatic scorelines of the round and send a clear message to their divisional rivals.

Match Overview

ESMTK were relentless from the opening minutes, pressing FC Dabas into mistakes and converting pressure into goals at regular intervals. By half-time the match was effectively over as a contest, and the second half became a showcase of confident, free-flowing attacking football supported by a solid defensive display that kept a clean sheet.

For FC Dabas it was a chastening evening — a night when nothing went to plan and the scoreline ran away from them quickly.

Key Moments

• 8' — ESMTK open the scoring with a header from a well-worked corner.
• 19' — A second goal follows, curled into the far corner from just outside the box.
• 31' — The third arrives after a defensive error is punished ruthlessly.
• 44' — A fourth before the break, a crisp finish at the end of a flowing team move.
• 57' — The fifth is scored from the penalty spot after a foul in the area.
• 78' — ESMTK complete the scoring with a header from a deep cross to make it six.

Tactical Story

ESMTK's game plan was aggressive and simple: win the ball high, attack quickly, and overwhelm the opposition with numbers in the final third. Their wide players hugged the touchline to stretch FC Dabas' back line, creating space for the midfield to arrive late in the box. It was that combination — width plus late runners — that Dabas simply could not handle.

FC Dabas attempted to sit in a deep block and absorb pressure, hoping to spring counter-attacks through their quick forwards. But with the ball spending so long in their own half, those counter-attacks were rare, and the few that materialised lacked the support needed to become genuine chances. The visitors' shape unravelled after the third goal, and ESMTK's confidence grew with every successful attack.

Standout Performers

ESMTK's midfield was the engine room of the victory, dictating tempo and repeatedly feeding the attacking line in dangerous areas. Their striker's movement was excellent throughout, occupying defenders and creating room for teammates. On the wings, ESMTK carried a constant, direct threat. For FC Dabas, the goalkeeper made several saves that prevented an even heavier defeat, and the captain worked hard to keep the team organised as the goals piled up.

Season Impact

A 6–0 win is more than three points. The goal difference can be decisive in the tight, congested tables typical of the Nemzeti Bajnokság III, and a result like this provides a substantial confidence boost for the squad and its supporters.

For FC Dabas, the priority is to draw a line under the result quickly. Heavy away defeats can dent morale, but the division's long calendar offers plenty of chances to recover, particularly with home fixtures against similarly placed opponents on the horizon.

What's Next

ESMTK will look to keep their attacking rhythm going in the coming weeks and turn this result into a sustained run of form. FC Dabas will focus on defensive organisation and discipline, knowing that a solid, low-scoring performance in their next match would be a valuable first step back.
