Tactical Story

Bodajk FC Siofok controlled the midfield for long periods and used their wide players effectively to stretch Ferencvarosi’s defence. Their set-piece delivery was particularly dangerous, and it was no surprise that one of those routines led to the winning goal. After taking the lead for the second time, Siofok managed the game well, dropping deeper only when necessary and hitting on the counter.

Ferencvarosi TC B showed flashes of quality, especially in transition, but they struggled to maintain possession under pressure. Their equaliser was well taken, but they were unable to build on it and conceded too many fouls in dangerous areas. The visitors will need to be more disciplined defensively in future matches.

Standout Performers

Bence Horvath was excellent for Bodajk FC Siofok, scoring the opening goal and dictating play from midfield. The Siofok defence also deserves credit for limiting Ferencvarosi’s chances in the second half. For the visitors, Levente Nagy was their most dangerous attacker and took his goal well, but he received limited service after the break.

League Impact

The victory strengthens Bodajk FC Siofok’s position in the Nemzeti Bajnokság III table and gives them confidence ahead of their next fixtures. Ferencvarosi TC B remain a development-focused side with talented individuals, but this defeat highlights the challenges of consistency in a competitive league. Siofok’s ability to win after conceding just before half-time will please their coaching staff, and the three points are fully deserved.
