Nania FC secured an impressive 4-2 away victory over Attram De Visser in the Ghana Division 1 on Friday, with a stunning hat-trick from their striker powering them to a vital three points.

Match Overview

Nania FC took the lead in the 18th minute when their lively forward latched onto a through ball and finished calmly. The lead was doubled just after the half-hour mark, again through the same player, who pounced on a defensive mix-up. A third goal early in the second half — a composed finish from the edge of the box — seemed to put the game beyond doubt.

However, Attram De Visser fought back bravely, scoring twice in five minutes to reduce the arrears to 3-2. The home crowd sensed an unlikely comeback, but Nania FC restored their two-goal cushion in the 78th minute when their hat-trick hero turned provider, squaring for a teammate to tap into an empty net. The late goal killed off the contest and sealed a memorable away win.

Tactical Story

Nania FC were devastating on the counter-attack, using their pace in wide areas to stretch the Attram De Visser defence. Their midfield pressed aggressively, forcing turnovers high up the pitch. Attram De Visser struggled to cope with the movement of Nania's front three, particularly the hat-trick scorer who drifted between the lines. After falling 3-0 behind, the hosts switched to a more direct approach and found some joy, but their defensive frailties were exposed once more on the break. It was a game that showcased Nania's attacking quality but also highlighted both teams' defensive vulnerabilities.

Standout Players

The Nania FC striker — A hat-trick and an assist; he was involved in all four goals and proved unplayable at times. Emmanuel Addo (Attram De Visser) — The forward scored twice and never stopped running, but his efforts were in vain. Nania's midfield also deserves credit for controlling the tempo and snuffing out Attram's attempted comeback.

Season Impact

The win lifts Nania FC into the promotion conversation in the Ghana Division 1, moving them within striking distance of the top two. Attram De Visser remain mid-table, comfortably clear of relegation but unable to mount a sustained push for the upper reaches. Nania's goal difference received a welcome boost, and with their attack firing on all cylinders, they will be a side to watch in the coming weeks. For Attram De Visser, the defeat is a reminder that defensive concentration must improve if they are to climb the table.
