TSB Flensburg delivered a dominant home performance to defeat TSV Nordmark Satrup 4-0 in German Bundesliga 5 on 27 September 2026. From the opening exchanges, Flensburg looked sharper, quicker to the ball, and far more convincing in the final third.

Match Overview

This was as complete a team performance as Flensburg have produced this season. They controlled possession, pressed with intelligence, and scored at key moments that broke Satrup’s resistance. The four-goal margin reflected the balance of play, with the hosts creating the better chances throughout.

Satrup struggled to keep the ball for extended periods and were often reduced to defending deep. When they did win possession, their counter-attacks lacked support, allowing Flensburg to recover and launch new attacks.

Key Moments

• 12th minute: Flensburg took the lead with a composed finish after a flowing move down the left.
• 28th minute: A second goal arrived from a set-piece, with a powerful header finding the bottom corner.
• 45+2 minutes: Satrup nearly pulled one back before the break, but a fine save kept the clean sheet intact.
• 67th minute: Flensburg added a third, punishing a misplaced pass with a swift counter-attack.
• 84th minute: The scoring was completed with a low drive from outside the box, capping a fine individual display.

Tactical Story

Flensburg lined up in a 4-3-3 that became a 2-3-5 in possession, allowing their full-backs to push high and pin Satrup back. The midfield trio rotated constantly, creating passing angles and making it difficult for Satrup’s midfield to track runners. The front three were fluid, with the wide players drifting inside to open space for overlaps.

Satrup’s 4-4-2 block was well organised at times but could not withstand the constant pressure. Their defensive line dropped deeper after each goal, which only invited more Flensburg attacks. Without a reliable outlet up front, they found it nearly impossible to relieve the pressure.

Standout Players

Flensburg’s striker was the focal point, scoring twice and holding up the ball effectively. The attacking midfielder dictated play with sharp turns and incisive passes, while the left-back was a constant threat going forward. The goalkeeper also deserves credit for a crucial save just before half-time that preserved the momentum.

For TSV Nordmark Satrup, the centre-back pair worked tirelessly despite the scoreline. The goalkeeper made several stops to prevent further damage, and the captain tried to organise the side during a difficult evening.

Table and Season Impact

The victory strengthens TSB Flensburg’s position in the German Bundesliga 5 standings and adds valuable goal difference to their season tally. A 4-0 home win is the kind of result that builds belief, especially when the team keeps a clean sheet.

Satrup will need to review the defensive errors and find a way to become more compact away from home. The defeat leaves them searching for consistency, while Flensburg can look ahead with growing confidence and a clear attacking identity.
