Iveria Khashuri 8-0 FC Betlemi Keda — Iveria Khashuri produced one of the most emphatic performances of the Georgia Erovnuli Liga 3 season on Friday, 16 October 2026, routing FC Betlemi Keda with an eight-goal display that will be remembered by the home supporters for a long time.

Tactical Story

Iveria's success came from relentless verticality. Rather than slowing the game down with long spells of possession, they looked to progress the ball forward at every opportunity, using their attacking midfielders to run beyond Betlemi's defensive line. The visitors attempted to hold a compact shape, but the constant movement in behind dragged defenders out of position and created space in front of goal.

Betlemi Keda's goalkeeper was the busiest player on the pitch and made a number of saves to keep the score from climbing even further. Going forward, the visitors rarely threatened, managing only a handful of half-chances against a defence that kept its concentration throughout.

Standout Players

Iveria's front line shared the goals, with their leading forward among the scorers and heavily involved in the build-up play. The wide players were constant outlets, delivering accurate crosses and stretching the opposition back four. It was a complete team performance, with contributions from substitutes underlining the depth of the squad.

Season Impact

A victory of this magnitude is a significant statement in the Georgia Erovnuli Liga 3, boosting Iveria Khashuri's goal difference in a way that could prove decisive if the promotion race comes down to fine margins. For FC Betlemi Keda, the defeat is a painful one that will require a strong response in the coming fixtures if they are to keep pace with the teams around them in the table. Iveria's supporters will now be looking ahead with real optimism.
