Ningde Team produced a commanding away performance to dismantle Sanming Team 4-0 in the Fujian Football City League on Saturday evening, 22 August 2026. The visitors were in complete control from the opening minutes and never allowed their hosts into the contest.

Dominant Start Sets the Tone

Right from kick-off, Ningde imposed themselves with aggressive pressing and quick, purposeful passing. Sanming struggled to cope with the intensity and fell behind early after a well-worked move sliced through the home defence. The away side doubled their advantage before the interval, leaving Sanming with a mountain to climb in the second half.

Second-Half Control

The pattern of play continued after the restart. Ningde kept possession comfortably and managed the game with the kind of maturity befitting a side challenging near the top of the table. Two further goals in the second period put the result beyond any doubt and capped a thoroughly professional display.

For Sanming, the evening could hardly have gone worse. Their attacking players saw little of the ball, and when they did create opportunities, the final pass consistently let them down. The home crowd's frustration grew as the match wore on, but Ningde never allowed the game to become competitive.

Key Performers

Ningde's goals were shared among the attacking unit, with each strike showcasing a different route to goal: a quick break, a well-rehearsed set piece, and two clinical finishes from inside the box. The visitors' defensive line deserves credit too, comfortably keeping a clean sheet against a Sanming side that offered very little as an attacking threat.

Standings and Ambitions

The emphatic victory is a powerful statement from Ningde in the Fujian Football City League. It boosts their goal difference and strengthens their position in the regional standings as the season develops. Sanming, on the other hand, will need to go back to basics and find a response when the league continues.
