Tactical Story

Ajax’s defence struggled with the pace of KaPa’s front three, particularly Virtanen, who drifted between the lines. The hosts’ attempts to press high left them exposed at the back, and KaPa exploited the space ruthlessly. Ajax’s consolation penalty was the only bright spot on a difficult afternoon.
