Gladsaxe produced one of their most complete performances of the Danish 4th Division season on 19 September 2026, sweeping aside KFUM Roskilde with a commanding 3-0 victory in a 20:00 kick-off. Three unanswered goals and a clean sheet made it a thoroughly satisfying evening for the home side, who controlled the contest from the opening exchanges and never looked in danger of surrendering their advantage.

Match Overview

Gladsaxe set the tone early. Playing with width and purpose, they stretched KFUM Roskilde's back line from the first whistle and were rewarded for their dominance with the opening goal inside the first half. By the interval the home side had established a firm grip on the match, and the second period only reinforced the gap in quality.

KFUM Roskilde, for their part, struggled to build any sustained possession. Their best moments came from set pieces and the occasional counter-attack, but a well-organised Gladsaxe defence dealt with those threats comfortably.

How the Goals Came

• 1-0: A patient build-up down the right ended with a low cross into the box that was finished clinically from close range, giving Gladsaxe a deserved lead.
• 2-0: Shortly after the restart, a driving run through midfield opened up the Roskilde defence, and a composed finish into the corner doubled the advantage.
• 3-0: The third arrived as the visitors pushed men forward in search of a route back, with Gladsaxe breaking at pace and converting a one-on-one to seal all three points.

Tactical Story

Gladsaxe's shape was the foundation of the win. Their midfield three pressed aggressively in the first half, forcing KFUM Roskilde into long, hopeful passes that were easily intercepted. When the visitors tried to play through the middle, they found themselves crowded out; when they switched the play wide, Gladsaxe's full-backs were quick to close the space.

Going forward, the home side showed impressive variety. They mixed direct balls over the top with patient possession football, and the movement of their forward line consistently pulled the Roskilde centre-backs out of position. By the time the third goal went in, the game was effectively over as a contest.

Standout Performers

The Gladsaxe attack will take the headlines, but the clean sheet was just as valuable. A commanding display at centre-back snuffed out Roskilde's aerial threat, while the midfield engine room won the second balls that kept the pressure on. The goalscorers deserved their moments in the spotlight, each taking their chances with composure rather than power.

What It Means for the Table

Three points and a three-goal swing give Gladsaxe exactly the kind of momentum that matters in the Danish 4th Division, where goal difference can decide promotion and relegation issues at the end of the season. The result also strengthens their home record and adds weight to the head-to-head advantage over KFUM Roskilde heading into the return fixture.

For KFUM Roskilde, it was a night to forget. Conceding three without reply on the road leaves plenty of work to do on defensive organisation and ball retention, and the coaching staff will be looking for an immediate response in their next league outing.

Gladsaxe, meanwhile, can look ahead with confidence. A performance combining clinical finishing and defensive solidity is the blueprint every side in this division is searching for — and on this evidence, they have found it.
