Tactical Story

Hradec Kralove Women set up with a high defensive line and an aggressive press, aiming to win the ball back quickly in Teplice's half. That approach worked well in the opening 30 minutes and produced the first goal. However, it also left space behind the defence, which FK Teplice Women exploited for their equaliser after the interval.

Teplice's 4-4-2 block sat deep and looked to spring forward on the counter. They were effective in transition and caused problems with direct running, but Hradec Kralove's decision to introduce fresh wingers in the second half changed the game. The home side began delivering more crosses into the box, and that pressure eventually told with the winning goal.

Standout Players

Tereza Nováková was central to Hradec Kralove's attacking play, scoring the opener and linking midfield and attack intelligently. Markéta Svobodová made the decisive contribution with the late winner, while Lucie Horáková was FK Teplice's most dangerous player, equalising with a composed finish and testing the home defence throughout.
