Spolana Neratovice dominate Pardubice B in 3-0 home victory

Spolana Neratovice delivered a commanding performance in the Czech Third League on October 10, 2026, defeating Pardubice B 3-0 at their home ground. The victory was built on an excellent first-half display, with two goals before the break and a third after the interval completing a thoroughly deserved win.

Pardubice B, a reserve side known for its young and energetic squad, struggled to cope with Spolana’s intensity and physicality. The home team pressed high, won the majority of second balls, and created a steady stream of chances, especially during a dominant opening 45 minutes.

Match overview

Spolana Neratovice started brightly and took the lead in the 18th minute when Martin Skála finished off a flowing move down the left. The home side doubled their advantage in the 39th minute through Ondřej Toman, who headed home a precise cross from the right. Pardubice B tried to respond, but they were repeatedly undone by Spolana’s aggressive pressing and quick ball recovery.

The second half was more controlled from the hosts, but they still managed to add a third in the 73rd minute. Martin Skála turned provider, slipping a pass through for substitute Filip Horák, who rounded the goalkeeper and slotted into an empty net. The clean sheet was the final touch on a professional performance.

Tactical story

Spolana Neratovice’s 4-2-3-1 shape worked effectively, with the front four pressing in unison and forcing Pardubice B into long passes. The home midfield dominated the central areas, and the full-backs provided excellent width. Pardubice B, by contrast, found it difficult to build from the back and were often reduced to hopeful balls forward.

The game management from Spolana was also impressive. After going 2-0 up, they did not sit back excessively; instead, they kept possession, slowed the tempo when needed, and struck again on the counter. Pardubice B’s young players will learn from the experience, but they were second-best for most of the afternoon.

Standout players

Martin Skála was the star of the show with a goal and an assist, constantly finding space in the final third. Ondřej Toman was a threat in the air and scored a well-taken header, while Filip Horák made an immediate impact from the bench. For Pardubice B, goalkeeper Jakub Doležal made several saves to prevent a heavier defeat, and their captain worked hard in midfield despite limited service.

Czech Third League table impact

The 3-0 win strengthens Spolana Neratovice’s position in the Czech Third League standings and sends a clear message about their home form. Pardubice B remain in a development phase, and while the result was disappointing, the experience of facing a physically mature side will be valuable for their young squad. Spolana will now look to carry this momentum into their next away fixture, while Pardubice B will focus on tightening up defensively.
