Tactical story

Bohemians 1905 B were relentless in their pressing and moved the ball quickly through the midfield, repeatedly opening up Domažlice’s defence. Their wide players stretched the pitch, creating space for central runners, and the front line was clinical in front of goal. Domažlice struggled to cope with the pace of the attacks and were often caught out of position when trying to play out from the back.

The home side’s intensity did not drop after halftime, and their substitutions maintained the tempo. Domažlice had brief spells of possession and scored twice, but they were never able to build sustained pressure. Bohemians’ ability to turn defence into attack so quickly was the defining feature of the match, and it produced a scoreline that will be remembered in the division this season.

Standout performers

Koubek was the headline act with a first-half hat-trick, showing sharp movement and composed finishing. Novotný also impressed with two goals, while Zeman and Čermák contributed important goals in the second half. For Domažlice, Kříž and Dušek took their chances, but the team’s defensive display will need significant improvement in the coming weeks.

Table and season impact

The seven-goal haul gives Bohemians 1905 B a major lift in the Czech Third League standings and a healthy boost to their goal difference. Results like this can shape a season, especially in a division where promotion and relegation battles are often decided by fine margins. Domažlice will need to regroup quickly, while Bohemians will look to use this performance as a benchmark for the rest of the campaign.
