Tactical story

SK Kosmonosy won the midfield battle, pressing Svitavy into mistakes and transitioning quickly. Their two-goal lead allowed them to sit slightly deeper after the break, but they still carried a threat on the counter. Svitavy’s goal came from their best spell of the match, but they could not sustain the pressure. Kosmonosy’s ability to score from set pieces and open play made them difficult to contain, and their defensive line handled Svitavy’s forwards well in the final 20 minutes.

Standout players

The Kosmonosy striker was a constant problem, scoring twice and linking play effectively. The central midfielder also stood out with his passing range and defensive work. For TJ Svitavy, the left winger was their most dangerous outlet and provided the assist for their goal, while the goalkeeper made several saves to keep the score respectable.

Season impact

The victory strengthens SK Kosmonosy’s position in the Czech Fourth Division and highlights their attacking potential. For TJ Svitavy, the home defeat leaves them with work to do defensively. The result underlines the fine margins in the division, where teams that take their chances and control midfield tend to come away with maximum points.
