Slavia Hradec Kralove delivered one of their most convincing performances of the Czech Fourth Division season on 24 October 2026, beating MFK Chrudim B 4-0 at home. Four unanswered goals reflected the home side's control from the early stages, with relentless pressing, quick ball movement and a ruthless edge in front of goal proving too much for the visiting reserve team.

Match overview

Slavia Hradec Kralove set the tone almost immediately, pressing high and forcing MFK Chrudim B into hurried clearances. The home side dominated possession in the middle third and repeatedly attacked the flanks, stretching the Chrudim B defense and creating space between the full-backs and center-backs. Once the opening goal arrived, the pattern of the match was established: Slavia Hradec Kralove pushed forward in numbers, while Chrudim B struggled to sustain possession and relieve pressure.

Key moments

• Slavia Hradec Kralove opened the scoring after a sustained spell of pressure, finishing clinically from inside the penalty area.
• The lead was doubled before half-time when a quick counter-attack ended with a composed finish past the goalkeeper.
• Early in the second half, a well-worked move down the right created the third goal and effectively ended the contest.
• The fourth goal arrived late on as Slavia Hradec Kralove capitalized on a defensive error, sealing a dominant 4-0 victory.

Tactical story

The match was defined by Slavia Hradec Kralove's aggressive out-of-possession approach. Their front line pressed in coordinated bursts, cutting off passes into midfield and forcing MFK Chrudim B to play long. When possession was regained, Slavia moved the ball quickly through the thirds, using wide overloads to create crossing opportunities and late runs into the box.

MFK Chrudim B, a reserve side with younger players, showed flashes of neat combination play but could not cope with the physical intensity and speed of the home team's transitions. Chrudim's midfield was often outnumbered, and the defense faced repeated waves of attack. Slavia's back line, meanwhile, remained composed and protected the goalkeeper well, ensuring the clean sheet was never seriously threatened.

Standout performers

Slavia Hradec Kralove's attacking unit deserved the plaudits. The forward line combined movement and link-up play effectively, while the midfield dictated the rhythm and won most of the second balls. The defensive unit also earned credit for a disciplined display, stepping up at the right moments and limiting Chrudim B to few clear chances. For MFK Chrudim B, the goalkeeper made several saves to keep the scoreline from growing further, and the young side will take lessons from a difficult away afternoon.

Table and season impact

The 4-0 win adds three valuable points to Slavia Hradec Kralove's tally in the Czech Fourth Division standings and provides a significant boost to their goal difference. Performances of this kind can shape a season, building confidence and sending a warning to rivals. For MFK Chrudim B, the result is a reminder of the demands of the division, particularly away from home against experienced opposition. Both teams will now turn their attention to the next fixture, with Slavia looking to build momentum and Chrudim B seeking a response.
