Kravare and Bridlicna played out an entertaining 2-2 draw in the Czech Fourth Division on Sunday evening, with a late penalty rescuing a point for the hosts. The match saw Bridlicna twice take the lead, only for Kravare to respond both times in a hard-fought contest.

Match Overview

Bridlicna started the brighter and took the lead in the 22nd minute when Lukáš Horák finished off a quick counter-attack. Kravare responded well and equalised just before half-time through a header from Martin Černý following a corner. The visitors regained the lead in the 58th minute when Horák struck again, this time with a low shot from the edge of the box.

Kravare pushed hard for an equaliser and were rewarded in the 88th minute when Tomáš Procházka converted a penalty after a foul on Jan Dvořák. Both teams had chances to win it in stoppage time, but the defences held firm, and the points were shared.

Key Moments

• 22' – Lukáš Horák (Bridlicna) opens the scoring with a clinical finish.
• 43' – Martin Černý (Kravare) equalises with a header from a corner.
• 58' – Horák (Bridlicna) scores his second with a low drive.
• 88' – Tomáš Procházka (Kravare) converts a penalty to make it 2-2.

Tactical Story

Kravare lined up in a 4-4-2, looking to use the width of their midfield to stretch Bridlicna. However, Bridlicna's compact 4-2-3-1 frustrated them for long periods, with Horák and his strike partner causing problems on the break. Kravare's manager made attacking substitutions in the second half, switching to a 4-3-3, which eventually paid off with the late penalty. Bridlicna will be disappointed not to have held on for all three points.

Standout Players

Lukáš Horák was excellent for Bridlicna, scoring twice and leading the line well. For Kravare, Martin Černý was a constant threat in the air, and Tomáš Procházka showed nerves of steel to convert the late penalty. Both goalkeepers made important saves to keep the score respectable.

Table and Season Impact

The draw leaves both teams in mid-table in the Czech Fourth Division, with little separating them in the standings. Kravare will take confidence from their fighting spirit, while Bridlicna will rue missed opportunities to climb higher. With the season still young, both sides have plenty of time to push for a stronger finish.
