Shenzhen Jixiang and Yulin Mobei Miners played out a 1-1 draw in the Chinese Football Association Member Association Champions League on October 17, 2026. Shenzhen Jixiang took the lead in the first half, but Yulin Mobei Miners responded after the break to earn a share of the points. The match had spells of quality from both sides and left the group picture delicately balanced.

Match Overview

Shenzhen Jixiang started brightly and looked the more settled team in the opening stages. They kept the ball well, moved it quickly through midfield and tried to isolate their wide attackers against the Yulin full-backs. That approach produced the opening goal and gave Shenzhen a deserved advantage.

Yulin Mobei Miners grew into the game after conceding. They became more aggressive in the press and began to find space behind Shenzhen’s advancing full-backs. The equalizer arrived in the second half, and from there both teams had moments to win it.

Key Moments

• 18th minute: Shenzhen Jixiang took the lead with a composed finish after a quick move down the right flank.
• 34th minute: Yulin Mobei Miners threatened from a free kick, but the Shenzhen goalkeeper dealt with the effort well.
• 52nd minute: Yulin equalized with a well-taken goal, finishing off a counter-attack that exposed space in the Shenzhen defence.
• 79th minute: Shenzhen pushed for a winner and forced a strong save from the Yulin goalkeeper with a shot from the edge of the box.

Tactical Story

Shenzhen Jixiang’s first-half performance was built on controlled possession and patient build-up. They found joy on the right side and created problems whenever they could combine in wide areas. However, their willingness to push full-backs forward left them vulnerable to counters, and Yulin eventually exploited that space.

Yulin Mobei Miners adjusted well after the break. Their midfield pressed higher, their forwards ran the channels and the equalizer came from exactly the kind of quick transition they had been threatening. Shenzhen responded with pressure of their own, but Yulin defended with enough composure to see out the draw.

Standout Performers

The Shenzhen Jixiang winger was a constant outlet in the first half and played a key role in the opening goal. Their goalkeeper also made an important save before the break to protect the lead. For Yulin Mobei Miners, the centre-forward’s movement and finishing were central to the comeback, while the goalkeeper’s late save preserved the point.

Both midfields had strong moments. Shenzhen were better in possession during the opening hour, while Yulin showed more energy and directness as the game opened up. The draw felt like a fair reflection of a contest in which neither side dominated for the full 90 minutes.

Season Impact

The point keeps Shenzhen Jixiang and Yulin Mobei Miners level in a tight group and leaves the Chinese Football Association Member Association Champions League standings finely poised. Shenzhen will be frustrated to have let a lead slip, but they showed enough attacking quality to suggest they can respond in their next fixture. Yulin, meanwhile, will take confidence from their second-half comeback and the resilience they displayed on the road.
