Taipei Brao Women 0-8 Hang Yuan FC Women: Hang Yuan FC Women delivered a ruthless 8-0 away victory over Taipei Brao Women in the Chinese Taiwan Mulan Football League on Saturday, 17 October 2026. The visitors were dominant from start to finish, turning the match into a clear statement of their attacking quality and title credentials.

Match overview

Hang Yuan set the tone with an early goal and quickly established control of the contest. Their pressing forced Taipei Brao into mistakes at the back, while their quick passing carved out chance after chance. By half-time, the visitors had built a substantial lead and had already taken the game away from the hosts.

The second half followed a similar pattern. Hang Yuan maintained their intensity, added further goals and kept Taipei Brao pinned in their own half for long spells. The home side worked hard but could not contain Hang Yuan’s movement, and the final scoreline reflected the gap between the teams on the day.

Key moments

• Early breakthrough: Hang Yuan scored inside the opening exchanges and immediately settled into a confident rhythm.
• First-half blitz: The visitors scored repeatedly before the break, with their forward line finding space between the lines.
• Second-half reinforcement: Hang Yuan continued to attack after the restart and added more goals to complete the rout.
• Clean sheet: Taipei Brao’s rare forward moves were comfortably dealt with as Hang Yuan defended from the front.

Tactical story

Hang Yuan’s success was built on high pressing and rapid ball circulation. They won possession in advanced areas and attacked immediately, giving Taipei Brao no time to reorganise. The visitors also used the width well, stretching the home defence before delivering dangerous crosses into the box.

Taipei Brao attempted to defend in a deeper block, but the sheer volume of Hang Yuan’s attacks proved too much. When the hosts did win the ball, they struggled to keep it for long enough to relieve pressure. Hang Yuan’s midfield controlled the second balls and kept the game played almost entirely in Taipei Brao’s half.

Standout performers

Hang Yuan’s attacking unit was the story of the match, with sharp movement and clinical finishing throughout. The midfield provided excellent service and won back possession quickly whenever Taipei Brao tried to break forward. The defence also deserve mention for maintaining concentration and securing a clean sheet despite the comfortable scoreline.

What the result means

The three points strengthen Hang Yuan FC Women’s position in the Mulan Football League and give them a significant boost to their goal difference. In a league where title races can be decided by fine margins, an 8-0 win is a powerful statement. For Taipei Brao Women, the focus will be on regrouping defensively and finding a way to compete more effectively in their next outing.
