Sport Club do Recife and Operário Ferroviário played out an entertaining 2-2 draw at the Ilha do Retiro on Sunday night, with both teams showing resilience and attacking quality.

Sport Recife took the lead inside 10 minutes. A swift passing move released Igor Cariús down the left, and his low cross was turned home by striker Luciano Juba at the near post. The home fans expected a dominant performance, but Operário had other ideas.
