Talleres Remedios de Escalada run riot in 4-0 win over Sportivo Dock Sud

Talleres Remedios de Escalada produced a dominant attacking display to beat Sportivo Dock Sud 4-0 in Argentine Group B (Tebolidun League Manchester) on October 26, 2026. The home side controlled the match from the early stages and never allowed Dock Sud to settle, securing a comprehensive victory at the Estadio Pablo Comelli.

Talleres opened the scoring inside the first ten minutes when Lucas Farías reacted quickest to a loose ball in the box and slotted it home. The early goal set the tone for a one-sided contest, with the hosts pressing high and forcing Dock Sud into mistakes. A second goal arrived before half-time through Nicolás Molina, who headed in from a well-delivered corner.

Key moments

• 8th minute: Lucas Farías gave Talleres the lead with a poacher’s finish.
• 37th minute: Nicolás Molina doubled the advantage with a powerful header from a corner.
• 52nd minute: Dock Sud were reduced to ten men after a second yellow card, making the comeback task even harder.
• 68th minute: Franco Zicarelli made it 3-0 with a low drive from outside the box.
• 84th minute: Farías completed his brace and rounded off the scoring.

The red card early in the second half ended any realistic hopes of a Dock Sud revival. Talleres used the numerical advantage intelligently, spreading the play from side to side and creating space in the final third. Dock Sud defended with effort but were repeatedly pulled out of position, and the fourth goal felt inevitable long before it arrived.

Tactical story

Talleres’ width and set-piece threat were central to the victory. Their full-backs pushed high, allowing the wide forwards to drift inside and combine with the strikers. Dock Sud struggled to cope with the movement and were forced into fouls in dangerous areas. With the man advantage, Talleres controlled possession and patiently dismantled their opponents.

Standout performers

Farías was the standout with two goals and constant movement in the box, while Molina’s aerial presence and Zicarelli’s composure in midfield gave Talleres control in different phases. Dock Sud’s goalkeeper made several saves to prevent an even heavier defeat, but the visitors had few answers on the night.

Table impact

The win gives Talleres Remedios de Escalada three valuable points and a significant boost to their goal difference, which could matter in a tight Group B race. Sportivo Dock Sud will need to regroup quickly after a chastening defeat. For Talleres, the performance is a clear statement of intent as they push for a strong finish to the campaign.
