CR Temouchent 0-2 Moustakbal Baladiat Rouissat: Aliane Brace Sinks Hosts

Moustakbal Baladiat Rouissat secured a valuable 2-0 away win over CR Temouchent in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 on October 15, 2026, with Yacine Aliane scoring both goals in a disciplined and efficient team performance. The result lifts Rouissat further away from the relegation zone and leaves CR Temouchent searching for answers after another frustrating home defeat.

CR Temouchent had plenty of the ball but struggled to break down a well-organized Rouissat defence. The visitors defended with intelligence, absorbed pressure and struck at the perfect moments, showing exactly why they are becoming a difficult side to beat on the road.

Match Overview

The home side started brightly, moving the ball quickly and trying to stretch Rouissat’s back four. But the visitors stayed compact, keeping their shape and forcing CR Temouchent into wide areas where crosses were comfortably dealt with. As the first half wore on, Rouissat grew in confidence and began to find space on the counter-attack.

The opening goal came in the 34th minute and changed the complexion of the match. CR Temouchent continued to push forward after the break, but Rouissat’s defensive discipline held firm. The second goal in the 78th minute effectively ended the contest, allowing the visitors to see out the final stages with relative comfort.

Key Moments

• 34th minute: Yacine Aliane opened the scoring with a composed finish after a quick Rouissat break caught CR Temouchent’s defence out of position.
• 49th minute: CR Temouchent’s best chance of the match came from a header, but the Rouissat goalkeeper made a superb reaction save.
• 66th minute: The hosts appealed for a penalty, but the referee waved away their protests after a strong challenge in the box.
• 78th minute: Aliane sealed the win with his second goal, finishing clinically on the counter after another fast Rouissat transition.

Tactical Story

CR Temouchent finished with 58% possession and 13 shots, but only four of those were on target. Rouissat, by contrast, had eight shots and six on target, underlining their ruthlessness in front of goal. The visitors sat in a 4-2-3-1 without the ball, kept their lines close together and refused to be dragged out of position.

Every time CR Temouchent tried to play through the middle, Rouissat’s midfield duo closed the space. When the home side went wide, Rouissat’s full-backs defended their boxes well and forced crosses from deeper areas. On the break, Aliane’s movement was the difference, as he repeatedly found pockets of space between the centre-backs and full-backs.

Standout Players

Yacine Aliane was the clear man of the match. His two goals were taken with precision, and his overall movement gave CR Temouchent’s defence problems all afternoon. He was clinical in the box and intelligent with his runs, making him the perfect outlet for Rouissat’s counter-attacking game.

Rouissat’s goalkeeper also played a key role, making a crucial save at 1-0 that prevented CR Temouchent from building momentum. In defence, the centre-back pairing was commanding in the air and composed on the ball, while the midfield screen protected them effectively throughout.

What the Result Means

The three points move Moustakbal Baladiat Rouissat into a more comfortable position in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 standings, boosting their confidence and their away record. For CR Temouchent, the defeat adds pressure. They created enough half-chances to suggest a goal was possible, but their lack of cutting edge and vulnerability to counter-attacks remain major concerns.

Rouissat will now look to build on this result and continue climbing the table, while CR Temouchent must regroup quickly before their next fixture to avoid slipping further into trouble.
