Key moments

• Defensive stand: A late shot-clock violation forced by Bahcesehir effectively sealed the result.

Tactical story

Bahcesehir’s pick-and-roll offense created mismatches and open corner threes. The visitors moved the ball side to side well and punished Bursaspor whenever the defense collapsed inside. Bursaspor relied heavily on their frontcourt scoring and offensive rebounding, but the hosts struggled to contain Bahcesehir’s guards in transition.

The decisive tactical edge came at the defensive end. Bahcesehir switched effectively on the perimeter and forced Bursaspor into contested jump shots late in the clock. Bursaspor’s late-game pressure created a few turnovers, but the visitors remained calm and protected their lead at the free-throw line.

Standout performers

Bahcesehir’s backcourt dictated tempo and delivered timely baskets in the fourth quarter. Their leading scorer combined penetration with outside shooting, while the frontcourt battled on the boards against a physical Bursaspor side. For Bursaspor, the center was a consistent presence inside and kept the hosts within reach, but the team’s perimeter shooting faded in the second half.

Season impact

The road victory gives Bahcesehir Koleji an important confidence boost in the Basketbol Super Ligi standings. Winning in Bursaspor is never straightforward, and the manner of the fourth-quarter finish will please the coaching staff. Bursaspor, meanwhile, will look to tighten their late-game execution and reduce turnovers before their next fixture.
