Enisey Krasnoyarsk II Women produced a dominant home performance in the Russia Higher League Women, defeating Nadezhda Orenburg 2 Women 98-58 on 23 October 2026. The 40-point margin reflected Enisey’s control on both ends, with the hosts setting the tempo early and never allowing the visitors to settle.

Final score and game flow

Enisey Krasnoyarsk II Women opened with a 26-14 first quarter and extended the lead to 50-27 by halftime. The third quarter was just as emphatic, with the hosts outscoring Nadezhda Orenburg 2 Women 25-17 to make it 75-44. Enisey closed with a 23-14 fourth quarter to complete the 98-58 victory.

The scoreline told the story of a team that moved the ball well, attacked the basket with purpose, and defended with energy for all four quarters. Nadezhda Orenburg 2 Women had some positive moments in spurts, but they could not match Enisey’s intensity or depth.

Key moments

The game’s decisive run came in the first half, when Enisey Krasnoyarsk II Women turned defense into offense. A series of steals, deflections, and fast-break baskets helped them build a double-digit lead that continued to grow. By the time Nadezhda Orenburg called timeout, the hosts had already established control of the tempo.

Any hope of a second-half comeback was quickly extinguished early in the third quarter. Enisey opened the period with another strong run, pushing the margin past 30 points and forcing the visitors into a more urgent, less effective style of play.

Tactical story

Enisey’s press and half-court pressure disrupted Nadezhda Orenburg’s rhythm. The hosts forced turnovers and converted them into transition points, while also dominating the defensive glass to limit second-chance opportunities. Offensively, Enisey shared the ball well and used quick ball movement to create open looks inside and out.

Nadezhda Orenburg 2 Women tried to slow the game with half-court sets, but they struggled against Enisey’s length and activity. Their outside shooting was inconsistent, and when drives were cut off, they were forced into difficult passes and contested shots.

Standout performers

Enisey Krasnoyarsk II Women received balanced contributions across the rotation. Their guards controlled the pace and pressured the ball, while the frontcourt finished efficiently around the basket and controlled the boards. The bench also added energy, helping the hosts maintain their intensity even with the game already decided.

Standings impact

This 98-58 win is a statement result in the Russia Higher League Women. It strengthens Enisey Krasnoyarsk II Women’s position and confidence, while Nadezhda Orenburg 2 Women will need to regroup defensively and find more consistent scoring in their next outing. The margin could also prove useful if tie-breakers become relevant later in the season.
